Attendance & Absences:
  • Consistent attendance in all classes is very important to a dancer's progress.
  • Please contact the office via email or call/text ahead of time if your dancer will be absent.
  • There is no refunds or pro-rating tuition for any missed classes.
  • Students are encouraged to attend a make up class in either the same level or lower level within one month of the absence. 
  • Make up classes need to be scheduled through the office.

Classes:
  • To register for all levels of Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical and/or Jazz levels 3-6, students MUST also enroll in Ballet (not tech). No exceptions will be made. Ballet technique is an integral part of the training in all styles of dance. Therefore, these classes MUST be attended on a regular basis or the student will not be allowed to perform in the recital.
  • The studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment of 5 students or less. We will make every effort to find another class for students enrolled in cancelled classes. 
  • All class placements are at the discretion of the studio director per teacher recommendation. 

Electronic Devices:
  • The use of cell phones during class is not allowed. Please make sure they are turned off or on silent during class. If a dancer needs to use their phone for any reason during class the must ask the teacher for permission.

Weather:
  • If we have to cancel classes due to weather an email will be sent to all families. Notifications will also be posted on the studio Band group as well as Facebook/Instagram.

Band App:
  • At the studio we utilize an app called Band. On here you will find pictures/videos from class, recital music, important information, updates & more.
  • If you are not a part of the studio band group please contact the office to receive an invite. 

Tuition:
  • Tuition is due on the 10th of every month. Each family is required to have a credit card on file.
  • Tuition can be processed via credit card, cash, check, or zelle.
  • Accounts that are 10 days past due are subject to a $25 late fee.
  • There is a $25 fee for returned checks. 
  • There are no refunds on tuition once a class starts.
